[ QuotationFactory ↔ Odoo ]

QF2Odoo

Puts a QuotationFactory project into Odoo as a quotation with products, BOM, operations and drawings, and keeps the portal up to date with customers, products and prices from Odoo.

Works with QuotationFactory and Odoo 19 and later

[ The difference ]

What it costs when systems do not work together

Every manual step between two systems takes time, and every rekeyed entry is a chance for an error.

Without the integration

  • Products, BOM and operations are typed in again
  • Every rekeyed entry is a chance for an error
  • Quote and order drift apart
  • Customers, products and prices in the portal lag behind Odoo

With QF2Odoo

  • Sales quotes once; nothing is rekeyed
  • Purchasing and planning see material and routing right away
  • Margin per order from the company’s own Odoo reporting
  • Customers, products and prices in the portal are always current
[ Why ]

In QuotationFactory, material, operations, times and price are fixed before the customer approves. After the order, all of that is often typed into the ERP again: products, BOM, operations and drawings. Every rekeyed entry is a chance for an error, and quote and order drift apart. QF2Odoo puts the project into Odoo in one step, so purchasing, planning and the shop floor work with what sales quoted, and the margin per order comes from Odoo.

[ How it flows ]

The calculation from QuotationFactory becomes the quotation in Odoo.

[ In detail ]

What goes back and forth

Each integration is a template. The exchange is matched to the company’s requirements wherever possible.

What it exchanges

  • Quotation, products, BOM and operationsto Odoo
  • Drawings and STEP/DXF filesto Odoo
  • Order number and status: back to QuotationFactory
  • Customers, suppliers and productsto QuotationFactory

What it can do

  • Complete an existing draft order
  • Report missing codes before anything is written
  • Hold return messages until they are delivered
[ How it works ]

From first call to a running integration

Three steps, with a fixed price up front where possible.

01

Fit check

The integration is checked against the company’s systems. Where possible, the price is fixed up front.

02

Configuration

On the company’s own codes and workstations, tested with real orders.

03

Support

Support keeps the integration running when a vendor changes something.
